Mail for Mac OS X 10.2 Setup
To open Mail click its icon in the Dock or browse to the Mail application location at Macintosh HD: Applications: Mail
1. Welcome Screen
If this is the first time you have setup Mail you will be prompted to setup a new Mail account. Do so now by following the screens below. If you have already setup an account in Mail once before and wish to setup a new iiNet email account, skip to the next screen.
Congratulations you have setup your first Mail account!
2. Adding More Accounts
If you need to add extra email accounts, go to Mail Preferences in the Apple Mail menu bar and click Accounts and input the settings as shown below.
Important changes to make. The account type is POP. The outgoing mail server will be changed for you to match so all POP accounts will have the same outgoing mail server to make things easy.
Simply fill in your username, password and change the incoming mail server to mail.iinet.net.au, hit OK and the setup is complete of the extra account.
